Christine Lois Burtnett

Christine Lois Burtnett, age 74, resident of Spanish Fort, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019. Christine was a retired teacher with 30 plus years of service at Spanish Fort Elementary School where she taught first grade. She was an active member in the Retired Teachers Association and was an avid Alabama sports and Nascar fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Burtnett. She is survived by her sons, William (Karen) Burtnett of Fairhope, Randy (Debbie) Burtnett of Spanish Fort; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great great grandson; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service.
