Charles John “Chuck” Boenig Jr., 77, of Gulf Shores, AL, passed away peacefully at his home on August 14, 2024. He was a beloved husband, father, an avid golfer, and a loyal friend who will be missed by many.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Jane Ann “Janie” Dixon Boenig, and his daughter, Jacqueline "Jackie" Boenig, both of Gulf Shores. He is also survived by his brother, Robert F. Boenig and his wife, Anita Boenig of Danville, CA., his niece, Jennifer Boenig Blumenthal, his nephew, Christopher Boenig, and three great-nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lillian Boenig of St. Louis, MO.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 27 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley, AL. Visitation at 10:00 AM, Service at 11:00 AM with a luncheon following the service at the Hampton Inn in Gulf Shores.
