CHAPPELL FOLEY, AL Cecil William Chappell, age 79, born and raised in Sylacauga, AL a resident of Foley, AL passed away Friday, June 2, 2023. Cecil retired from Winn Dixie with over 30 years of service as a butcher. He is survived by his two daughters; Christy L. Duke of Foley, Wendy (Terry) Looney of Groveland, FL; four grandchildren, Erika Killian, Erin Killian both of Groveland, FL, Micheal Killian of Hattiesburg, MS Kaylee Duke of Foley, AL, stepdaughter Christina (Richey) Walker and Livia and Jemma Walker.
