Carl Edward Cauley, age 84, and a resident of Bay Minette, AL, passed away on April 17, 2024.
Carl was born in Hot Springs, Virginia, in 1940. He moved to the Alabama Gulf Coast area after retiring from a lengthy career in the United States Coast Guard. His tour included the Vietnam War and time in Thailand. In his spare time, he liked to cook and eventually studied in England where he became a chef.
Preceding him in death are his parents, George Wallace Cauley and Eva Lena Cauley.
He is survived by many family and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the W.F. Green Veteran’s home in Bay Minette, Alabama.
