Bobby James Volking

Bobby James Volking, age 87, a resident of Fairhope, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020. He was a member of Fairhope Avenue Baptist Church, Bobby was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Alabama Dry Docks with twenty five years of service. He is survived by his wife, Oleta Volking; a daughter, Lynn I. (Robert Harvey) Smith, all of Fairhope; two grandchildren, Randy (Kirstin) Smith and Jeffrey Smith, all of Daphne; one brother, Charles Volking of Satsuma and numerous other loving relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 14, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
