Beverly Ann Smith

Smith Mobile, Alabama Beverly Ann Smith, 65, resident of Mobile, passed away on November 27, 2019 at a local hospital. Ms. Smith grew up in Huntsville and graduated from UAH with a degree in nursing. After 36 years of nursing, Ms. Smith decided on a career change and was employed by the county of Mobile in the Probate Court Division; where she was loved and respected by her peers. Ms. Smith loved family, the mountains, the Gulf and was also an avid Auburn fan who may or may not have had something to do with the outcome of this year's Iron Bowl. She is survived by her mother, Peggy N. Smith of Mobile, AL; one brother, Mark ( Ruth) Smith of Auburn, AL; one sister, Sharon (Bill) Chappell of Birmingham, AL; three nieces, Ashley Milligan, Allison Toppen and Lydia Chappell; and one nephew, Jared Chappell. A Celebration of Beverly’s life will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Christ Fellowship Baptist Church on Azalea Road, Mobile, AL at 1:00 pm.
