Betty Jean Wilson

Betty Jean Wilson, age 87, a life-long resident of Spanish Fort, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Nettie Aplin; sister, Vicky Davis; and brother, Doyle Aplin. Jean is survived by her husband, Charles Wilson; daughters, Cindy Daugherty of Fairhope, AL, Angela (Lee) Sparks of Crestview, FL; grandchildren, Matthew (Loni) Judy, Lance Judy, Anne Marie Daugherty, Gus Daugherty, Leanne Sparks; great-granddaughter, Rose Judy; great-grandson, Rhett Judy, sister, Sue McGill; along with many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne Chapel, on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 2:00pm. The family received friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Pallbearers were Gus Daugherty, Lance Judy, William Childree, Ken Willis, Matthew Judy and Blake Kennedy. Interment will follow in Wilson Cemetery, Spanish Fort, AL.
