Bertie Mae Geci

Bertie Mae Geci, a resident of Summerdale, AL, passed away November 24, 2019. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George and son, Eugene. She is survived by one son, Kenneth Geci (Hilda) and three daughters, Linda Cochran (Jerry), Nancy Anderson (Jerry) and Norma Wiggins (Larry); eleven grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; and several great, great grandchildren; three brothers, Gene Vaton, Jesse and Leslie; two sisters, Mattie and Irma; and many other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Robertsdale Health and Rehab and St. Joseph Hospice for their care and support. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 10:00 until 11:00, with funeral services following at 11:00 at Summerdale United Methodist Church, with Reverend Allan Lawhorn officiating. Interment will follow at Marlow Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Barrett Wiggins, Bryan Wiggins, Jeremy Anderson, Anthony Robinson, Jason Atchison and Jeremy Patterson. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Family Camp, 3073 Co.
