Barbara McGaughy Gipson

GIPSON GULF SHORES, ALABAMA Barbara McGaughy Gipson, age 73, a native of Montevallo, AL and a resident of Gulf Shores, AL passed away Monday, May 26, 2019. Barbara worked for Xerox Corporation for 10 years and U.A.B in Birmingham for 14 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Jessie McGaughy. She is survived by her sister, Candace Eddings of Gulf Shores, two nieces; Sheri Robinson of Birmingham, AL, Vivian Thomas of Jacksonville, FL and many other relatives and friends.  A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held in Gulf Shores in late June.
