Barbara Kamrath Driskell

Barbara Kamrath Driskell passed away suddenly in the early morning hours of April 11, 2022. Barbara was born on December 3, 1948, in the West German Village of Schöningen. She was preceded in death by her mother Annaliese Jakobs Kamrath and her father Dietrich Kamrath. Left to mourn her loss is husband of 52 years Gerald Driskell, one daughter; Valeri Driskell White (Ben), one granddaughter; Georgia White, beloved aunt; Barbara Kamrath and her precious dalmatians; Heidi and Anna. Barbara came to the United States in 1970 and called Fairhope her home for the last 42 years. She worked for several florists including June Garner and Herman Baumann at Fairhope Florist, Mr. C at Cleveland the Florist and Tommy Nix at Flowers etc. before retiring in 2007. A memorial service will be held at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church on Whispering Pine Rd in Daphne on April 30, 2022, with a short visitation at 10:00am and funeral service at 11:00am.
