Barbara Jean Dixon-Harris

Barbara Jean Dixon-Harris, a resident of Foley, AL, passed away March 23, 2023, at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by husband, William Fred Dixon, Sr.; father, Walter Leon Rogers; mother, Marcella Ann Mankowski and sister, Rebecca Bowling. Barbara is survived by her husband, Elbert R. “Bob” Harris; son, Larry Walter Dixon (Sheila Vivian); daughters, Jo Ellen Dixon Booher (Dennis) and Sandra Kay Dixon Devall (Charles Jefferson Devall); stepchildren, Bill Dixon and Linda (Bob) Mensching; grandchildren, Mitchell Ray Grissett, Jessica Grissett, Stephen Daniel, Lynsey Grissett, Adam Seth Hagan and Amanda Susan Devall, Stacie Godwin, Shannon Gray (Chad), Shon Dixon, Andrew Mensching and Savanna Teed (Kyle), and Charles Young “Charlie” Dixon; 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Paul Rogers (Vera), Richard Rogers and Robin Rogers; sister, Naomi Watson, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 12:00pm in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service time.
