AnnaMarie Murphy

AnnaMarie Murphy, 88, a life-long resident of Foley passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. She was a member of the original Alter Society at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church and a life-long farm wife and avid gardener. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerome Murphy, Sr. and Vincent Murphy, Sr.; grandson, Jerome “Rick” Murphy, III; brother, Joseph (John) Weiss, OSB. She is survived by her children, Marietta Lay, Perdido Beach, Irene (Ronnie) Lipscomb, Foley, Jerome “Jerry” Murphy, Jr., Perdido Beach, Laurie (Frank) Young, Foley, Kevin(Kim) Murphy, Foley; sister, Elaine Scott, Lillian; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
