Addie Ramos Aug. 13th 1948 – Mar. 07, 2020 Addie Carol Ramos, 71 passed away Saturday. She was born to late Marion (Bill) Bexley and Jeanette Odom. Addie married late husband Henry Whatley in 2012 and they lived together in Fairhope, Al. One of Addie’s greatest qualities was caring for and helping others and was often known for opening her home to those in need. Addie returned to school later in life, receiving a college education, and became a registered nurse in 1999. She finished her career serving as a Hospice nurse and perused studies and continued her education. Addie shifted her focus towards helping those who struggle with drug addiction and was awarded a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology in 2015 when she decided to retire and dedicate her time to family and friends. Addie is survived by her seven children: Sandy King of Mobile, Penny Morris of Daphne, Juvy Killingsworth of Dothan, Marc Ramos of Fairhope, Eddie Ramos of Daphne, Marion Ramos of Pensacola, and Rose Lawless of Fairhope. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donation be made out to Family Ministries Center.
