FAIRHOPE, AL James Allan Francis, age 82, a native of Bakersfield, CA, and a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Mr. Francis was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Lee Francis.   He is survived by his Wife of 56 years, Jean B.
