He is survived by his wife, Annette Mernik of Orange Beach, AL, daughters, Marcy Mernik of Perdido Key, FL, Kerry Mernik Brandl of Houston, TX, brother, Bill (Madeleine) Mernik of Plymouth, MN, sisters, Tammy (Wayne) Chisenhall of Gulf Breeze, FL, Debbie (Dave) Dalton of Gulf Breeze, FL, stepdaughters, Jerri (John) Sandy of Pensacola, FL, Becky (Bob) Huber of Holt, FL, Sharon Styron of Holt, FL, step-grandson, T.J. Sandy of Pensacola, FL, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Thursday, November 18, 2010, at 2:00pm.
