David Hubert Lay

LAY POINT CLEAR David Hubert Lay passed away Friday, October 15, 2010 in Point Clear at the age of 66. He was a native of Mobile and a resident of Point Clear. Mr. Lay was a member of New Beginning Christian Fellowship, Magnolia Springs and the Skull Shack Hunting Club in Selma. He is survived by his wife, Martha L. Lay of Point Clear; three daughters, Angela K. Moles of Knoxville, TN, Tammy L. Martin of Mobile, Robin R. Maljevac of Jacksonville, FL; two sons, Ronald A. Avera and Donald G. Avera, both of Fairhope; three sisters, Nellie Hayes of Fairhope, Tammy Toler of Robertsdale, Virginia Cumbie of Silverhill; Grandson, Jefferey H. Lay of Point Clear; fifteen additional grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Symantha Stevens and Channel Lay. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 3:00 pm at New Beginning Christian Fellowship, Magnolia Springs.
