Doris Wheatley Logan

FOLEY Doris Wheatley Logan passed away on Monday, September 20, 2010 in Foley, AL. She was a native of Mobile and a 1950 graduate of the Convent of Mercy. Mrs. Logan was one of the original Azalea Trail Maids of the inaugural Azalea Trail Court and a member of the St. Margaret Queen of Scotland Catholic Church in Foley. Mrs. Logan is preceded in death by mother, Ruth Cecile Finlayson, brother, J.P. Finlayson, and niece, Patricia Finlayson Robinson. She is survived by her husband, Terry Logan of Foley; three sons, Mike Logan of Atlanta, GA, Steve Logan of Walton, KY, Tim Logan of Dallas, TX; a nephew, Purman Finlayson, and eight grandchildren, Brandon Logan, Katie Logan Waldrop, Steven Logan, Will Logan, Kevin Logan, Elisabeth Logan, Matthew Logan, and Alec Logan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, October 8, 2010 at 11 am at Little Flower Catholic Church, Mobile. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the Mobile SPCA, or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
