FAIRHOPE Billy Wayne Cutts, age 62, a native and longtime resident of Bainbridge, GA, and a current resident of Fairhope, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010.He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Cutts of Bainbridge. Billy was a great husband and father, a loving son and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Georgia Cutts of Fairhope, AL, daughters, Cherie (Lance) Owens of Iron City, GA, Kimberly Cutts of Bainbridge, GA, Tanya Spetch (Dewell) Melson of Fairhope, AL, Katie (Chris)Spratlin of Fairhope, AL, son, Trey Spetch, of Gainesville, VA mother, Wynelle Cutts of Bainbridge, GA brothers, Jerry Cutts of Georgetown, TX Jessie Cutts of Dothan, AL, Henry Cutts of Bainbridge, GA, Rickey Cutts of Dothan, AL, grandchildren, Skylar, Holden, Ashley, Fleetwood, Regan, his beloved companions, Bear, Quenna, Ben and Bella, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope Chapel, Wednesday, September 8,2010, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Graveside services and interment will be held in Oak City Cemetery, Bainbridge, GA, Thursday, September 9, 2010, at 2:00pm.
