Marie Barry

BARRYFAIRHOPE Marie Brush Barry passed away Saturday, June 5, 2010 in Fairhope at the age of 93. She was a native of Huntington, NY and a resident of Fairhope. Mrs. Barry was the first woman to ever take science classes at the University of Alabama where she later received her Master's Degree in Education. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She is survived by two sons, Joseph (Shirley) Barry of Glen Cove, NY, Robert (Rebecca) Barry of Fairhope, AL; six grandchildren, Jean Marie (Brendan) Dailey of Brookville, NY, Debra (Bryan) MacCausland of Downingtown , PA, Joseph (Elizabeth) Barry, III of Oyster Bay Cove, L.I., NY, Catherine Barry of Locust Valley, NY, Robert (Debra) Barry, Jr, Rebecca Barry both of Fairhope, AL, and twelve great grandchildren.
