Cecilia Guarisco Wood

  POINT CLEAR   Cecilia Guarisco Wood, age 86, born and raised in Daphne, and a long time resident of Point Clear, passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2010.   Mrs. Wood was a member of Saint Lawrence Catholic Church. She worked many years as a medical and x-ray technician at Bay Medical Clinic.   She is survived by her sons, Edward C. Brueggemann and his wife Frances of Point Clear, Fredric A. Brueggemann and his wife Mona of Mobile, James Reed “Hoss” Wood, III and his wife Adrienne of Point Clear, daughter, Mary Donna Ott and her husband Tom of Florence, AL, stepdaughters, Celine Meador of Maiban, NC, Emily Mims, Clarice Horton, both of Atmore, AL, brother, Alfred Guarisco of Daphne, sister, Angele “Teenie” Trione of Daphne, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.   Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Christ the King Catholic Church, Saturday, May 29, 2010, at 10:30am.  The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30am until service time.   Interment will follow in Belforest Catholic Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Catholic Charity of your choice.   ARRANGEMENTS BY WOLFE-BAYVIEW FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATORY, INC. 19698 GREENO ROAD FAIRHOPE, AL  36532 www.wolfefuneralhome.net
