Sheila Margaret Campbell-Webb

FAIRHOPE    Sheila M. Campbell-Webb, born in Newport, Shropshire, England 19 Feb 1947 and lovingly referred to by her USA friends as "my favorite Brit" passed away at Mercy Medical Hospice, Daphne, AL, Saturday, May 22, 2010, age 63.     Sheila was an avid gardener with two green thumbs.  She could make plants do what nobody else could and her love of gardening was reflected in her vast collection of Portmeirion Pottery!   Sheila will be missed by her golfing buddies at Quail Creek Golf Course and other lady golfers around Baldwin County as well as her many friends scattered around the world.    Surviving are a daughter, Emma (Peter Docherty) Telford, England; stepson Stephen (wife Robin; son Will) of Portage, Michigan; Jerry (Jane) brother-in-law, Anderson, SC; Bill (children Mindy, Kristi, Robbie) brother-in-law, Percival, VA; grand-nieces and grand-nephews.    A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 10:15 AM at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL; internment will be along side her husband (Leonard).     In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a favorite charity or Mercy Medical Hospice, 101 Villa Dr, Daphne, AL  36526.
