William Guy "Billy" O'Daniel

FAIRHOPE William Guy “Billy” O’Daniel, age 93, a native of Elmore County, AL and a resident of Fairhope, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Billy retired as the president of First Federal Savings and Loan, Tallassee, AL.He was a member of Fairhope Avenue Baptist Church. Mr. O’Daniel was preceded in death by hisbrother, Robertand two grandchildren. He is survived by hiswife, Peggy O’Daniel of Fairhope,son, Bill O’Daniel of Tallasee, AL,daughters, Margaret Ellis and her husband Lem of Chattanooga, TN,Delaney Sue O’Daniel of Chattanooga, TN,stepdaughter, Becky Mitchell and her husband Tom of Magnolia Springs, AL,twelve grandchildren,thirteen great grandchildren,many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home Thursday, May 27, 2010, at 2:00pm, that will be officiated by Rev. James W. Hill.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00pm until service time. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
