Roger Lee Shoots

FAIRHOPE, AL Roger Lee Shoots, age 56, a native of Foley and resident of Fairhope, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 22, 2010. Mr. Shoots was a member of Little Rock Baptist Church in Foley. He graduated from Alabama State University, Montgomery in 1976 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. He was employed by Segers Aerospace, Inc, Fairhope. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Ann Shoots of Fairhope; beloved son, Phillip Shoots and his wife Tanzie of Daphne; mother, Evelyn Shoots of Foley; 3 brothers, Edward Shoots and his wife Cathy, Leon Shoots, Joseph Shoots, all of Foley; 3 sisters, Debra Shoots of Foley, Charlesetta Clark and her husband Eddie, of St. Louis, MO, Jennifer Shoots of Foley; granddaughter, Aaliyah Shoots; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mr. Shoots was preceded in death by his father, Jeff Shoots. Visitation will be Monday, April 26, 2010 from 5-7 pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 11 am from Little Rock Baptist Church in Foley. Visitation will also be from 9-11 am at the church.
