Magnolia Springs, AL Allen Lee McCullough passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in Foley at the age of 94. He was a native of Bonifay, FL and a resident of Magnolia Springs. Mr. McCullough was a surveyor and helped lay out the roads in Baldwin County when he worked for the CCC Camp. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in the South Pacific. He retired after thirty-one years as an electrician at NAS Pensacola. He was also an avid gardener and fisherman. Mr. McCullough was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-six years, Stella Krupinski McCullough; a son, Eric Allen McCullough; a grandchild, Carrie Elizabeth Justice; two great grandchildren, Matthew James Tyson and Ann Briggs McCullough. He is survived by his children, Marie (Jimmy) Fischer of Tampa, FL, Marjorie Kenyon McCullough of Marlow, Emery (Virginia) McCullough of Huntsville, Angela (Danny) Collins of Molino, FL, Brenda McIntosh of Magnolia Springs, Sandra Justice of Hartford, Tony (Ruby) McCullough of Spanish Fort; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and two sisters, Mellie Bryan and Beatrice Revell, both of Panama City, FL. Pallbearers will be Allen McCullough, Tim Justice, Stephen McCullough, Josh McCullough, Raymond Bowne and Danny Fischer. Visitation will be Sunday, April 11, 2010 from 4-6 pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley. A rosary service will begin at 4:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, April 12, 2010 at 10 am from St. John's Catholic Church in Magnolia Springs. Interment will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park.
