Dwight Franklin Miller

FOLEY Dwight Franklin Miller, age 68, a native and lifelong resident of Foley, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010. Dwight was preceded in death by his father, General Franklin Miller, brother, George D. Miller. He is survived by his mother, Ozene S. Miller of Magnolia Springs; sons, Dwayne Franklin Miller, wife Suzie of Foley, Shawn Franklin Miller, wife Megan of Summerdale; companion of 12 years, Elaine L. Collins of Magnolia Springs; brother, Robert E. Miller and his wife Carol of Houston, TX; sister, Deborah Parks, husband Jerry of Bon Secour; Loretta Miller of Magnolia Springs; grandchildren, Koty, Savannah, Annalese, Chad, Chase, Linsey, Zane, Zack, Stephanie, Eddie, Mack, Jordan, Camryn, Charissa, Jackie and Johnathon; Elaine's children, Cathy, Mike, Clayton Collins and Felicia Norris; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from Vernant Park Baptist Church Saturday, February 20, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 noon until service time. Interment will be in Vernant Park Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Vernant Park Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 10891 Vernant Church Road, Foley, AL 36535.
