FAIRHOPEMr. Tore W. Marthinsen age 72, a native of Norway, and a resident of Fairhope, AL, died Saturday, January 2, 2010.Mr. Marthinsen was a retired engineer, working in the shipbuilding industry for over 30 years.Mr. Marthinsen is survived by his wife, Aashild Marthinsen, of Fairhope, AL, his son, Troy Durant Marthinsen of Spanish Fort, AL, his daughter, Vivi Catherine Marthinsen of Fairhope, AL, one brother, Knut Marthinsen of Norway, Grandchildren, Anna March Marthinsen, Apostolos Marthinsen, Pelham Maurice Noble, Lochlin Heustis Noble, Joannah Yrtes Noble, Step-children, Tom Atle, Nina Kristin, 4 step-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010, at 2:00 pm, from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home.
