ELBERTA, ALABAMAOtto Reinhold Schoen, age 84, a lifelong resident of Elberta, AL., passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017.He served his country in the Army.Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Erna Schoen, two brothers; Edward and Henry Schoen.He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Clara Schoen, three children; Tina (Joey) Resmondo, Barry (Susan) Schoen, Tracy Kruse (Mike Sally), three brothers; August, Jarold and Joe Schoen, one sister; Charlotte Ulrich, seven grandchildren; Adam, Brent Resmondo, Carly, Casey, Caitlyn Schoen and Ryan, Cory Mistrot, two great grandchildren; Landon Schoen-Nelson and Brailyin Crutchfield, many other relatives and friends.A Celebration of life will be held at the Lillian Community Club, Monday April 3, 2017 from 6pm until 8pm.
