Lillian H. Gregorius

Lillian H. Gregorius, age 91, a resident of Daphne, AL, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She retired from Auburn Experimental Sub Station and enjoyed volunteering at the Daphne Museum. Her passions were her family & friends, genealogy, Chicago Cubs and Alabama football. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Melvin Gregorius and two siblings, Marie Boothe and Dick Hanson. She is survived by her children, Marilyn Evans (Michael) of Fairhope, Melvin Gregorius, Jr. (Patricia L.) of Destrehan, LA, Nancy Shoquist (Hobie) of Mobile, and Mary McKee (Jerry) of Orange Beach; grandchildren, Amy, Melvin III, Paul, John, Daphne, Miranda, Ryan, and Erin; great grandchildren, Landon, Daynah, Sophia, Isaac, and Thaddeus; sister, Camilla Butler (William) of Daphne; sister-in-law, Betty Hanson of Fairhope; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Glynn and Mary Gregorius of Fairhope; along with many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope. The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to Robertsdale Health and Rehab, Diversified Healthcare, and Covenant Hospice for the love and care of our Mom.
