Ann Jones Bradford

FAIRHOPE, AL Ann Jones Bradford, age 77, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama died on Thursday, November 24, 2016, after an extended illness.  She was born in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from Woodlawn High School.  Though she was a real estate broker, her life’s focus was her faith and her family.  She was an excellent cook, seamstress and fisherman.  She loved to travel.   Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur J Bradford, her parents, Boyer and Gwen Jones, and her siblings, Robert Jones and Sue Simmons.  She is survived by her son, Wade (Lisa) Bradford of Gulf Shores, her daughter, Lisa (Max III) Hansen of Fairhope, and her grandchildren, Ann Bradford Hansen, Max (Emily) Hansen IV, Lauren Bradford, Megan Bradford, Grant Bradford and Jake Bradford; many other relatives and friends. A service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM.  The family will receive friends following the service in Green Hall. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 860 Section Street, Fairhope, AL 36532 or to Shepherd’s Place, 155 S.
