Leslie Buzbee

SPANISH FORT Leslie Buzbee, born July 7, 1925, age 91, a native of Baldwin County and a life-long resident of Spanish Fort, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at home with his family at his side. Mr. Buzbee was the owner and operator of Buzbee Fishing Camp.  He loved his family, friends and community.  If you ever needed to know anything about the Delta or fishing Mr. Buzbee was the man to talk to.  He is survived by his loving wife, friend and companion of 67 years, Christine Commetti Buzbee; 3 daughters: Phyllis Gregg, Sybil Buzbee, both of Spanish Fort, Ellen Rauh of Stapleton; 2 sons: Leslie “Bubba” Buzbee and James “Jimmy”  Buzbee, both of Spanish Fort; 2 sisters: Stella Mae Walker of Morgan City, LA, Betty Penry of Belforest; many grandchildren and  great-grandchildren; a host of loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday, October 28, 2016, 11:00AM until 12:00PM at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne.  Funeral services will follow at 12:00PM from the chapel.
