Steven Comalander

MT. VERNON Steven Hutchinson Comalander, age 57, a longtime resident of Fairhope and a current resident of Mount Vernon, AL, passed away at his home, with family at his side, Monday, October 3, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Dell Delano Hutchinson, brother, Jonathan “Bubba” Bell and loving grandparents, Robert, Sr. and Lorna Comalander. He is survived by his mother, Virginia Bell, of Elberta; wife of 36 years, Jamie “Wendy” Comalander, of Mount Vernon; three children, William Comalander of Sacramento California, Stephanie Comalander of Loxley, Jennifer Comalander of Loxley; five grandchildren; two brothers Robert (Irene) Comalander, Henry (Angie) Bell; four sister, Laura Bishop, Joanna Dean, Alice Williams, Frankie Entrekin; nieces, nephews, many other relative and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at 11:00am. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until the services time. Interment will follow in Brook-Cedron Cemetery.
