Joseph Drake, III

DAPHNE, AL Joseph Tillotson Drake, III, age 71, a resident of Daphne, AL, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016. He served as Pastor of Abundant Life Christian Center for over 25 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and PaPa. He is survived by his wife, Becky Drake of Daphne; son, Joseph Drake, IV (Tammy) of Foley; daughters, Jamie Rottger (Rick) of Fairhope and Jennifer Smoot (Jeff) of Spanish Fort; sisters, Patricia Petit of Cleveland, GA, Diana Schum of Theodore (Simon) and Virginia Weaks (Kenneth) of Russellville; grandchildren, Joseph Drake, V, Jordan Drake, Kinsley Rottger, Kelsey Rottger, Lana Smoot, Jeffrey Smoot II and James Smoot; many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Interment will follow in Jubilee Memorial Gardens, Daphne. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Abundant Life Christian Center, Daphne.
