Eileen Margaret Carter

FAIRHOPE, AL Eileen Margaret Carter, age 89, a longtime resident of Union City, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at her new home in Fairhope, AL. She was the wife of the late Ray Carter. She is survived by her sons, Lawrence Carter of Cuyahoga Fall, OH and Kenneth (Cynthia) Carter of Fairhope; three grandchildren; one great grandson; one great, great granddaughter; many other loving relatives and friends.
