Harold Bollen

Bollen Fairhope, AL Harold Ross Bollen, age 81, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016. On May 30, 2016, his wife, Urte Bollen of Fairhope, AL, passed away. After the Army, Ross spent his career in foreign intelligence with the Defense Intelligence Agency. He spoke several languages. Ross was active in several organizations, including Master Gardeners, German Club, and NARFE. He was an accomplished chef. He is survived by his sister, MaryAnn Harding of Sturgeon Bay, WI; brother, Don Bollen of Weiser, ID; 8 nieces and nephews. Private services were held for Mr. Bollen at the Alabama State Veteran’s’ Memorial Cemetery. A memorial service will be held in the Fall of 2016, for both Mr. and Mrs. Bollen.
