Donald Patrick Pontius, Jr.

SPANISH FORT, AL Donald Patrick Pontius, Jr. age 56, a native of Michigan and a resident of Spanish Fort, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Donald was a graduate and taught at Ozark-Enterprise State College. He worked as a mechanic at East Bay Automotive, he enjoyed fishing, models and NASCAR. He is survived by his loving wife, Genie Pontius of Spanish Fort; 1 daughter, Brittany (Cody) Chinrock of Spanish Fort., 2 sons, James Pontius of Fredericksburg, VA., Michael (Stephanie) Postles of Elberta; 1 brother; 7 sisters; parents: Mother, Bea (Rocky) Rockwell of Loxley, Father, Don (Connie) Pontius of Cadillac, MI.; 1 granddaughter; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016, at Eastern Shore Baptist Church at 7:00PM with Reverend Stuart Davidson officiating.
