Ernest "Woody" Woodrow Brewton

BREWTON FOLEY, AL Ernest Woodrow Brewton, age 62, a longtime resident of Foley, Al., passed away Monday, May 23, 2016. Woody worked for the city of Foley for fourteen years, he was an avid shrimper, loving husband, father grandfather, brother and friend. He was a very kindhearted, honest, hardworking man who provided for his family. Survivors include his loving wife , Renee Brewton of Foley,children; Nicholas Brewton of Foley, Ashley Brewton of New Mexico, Step-children; Christine Gray of Madison, AL., Scott Rivers of Foley, AL., Chris of Gulf Shores, a brother; John Brewton of Bon Secour, AL., six grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of his Woody’s life will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview, Foley, Friday, May 27, 2016 at 2:00PM.The family will receive friends one hour prior to memorial service.
