Barbara Price Haas

FAIRHOPE, AL Barbara Price Haas, age 82, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016. Mrs. Haas was a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church, she was the wife of the late Reverend William Melvin Haas, Jr., United Methodist Minister. Mrs. Haas assisted in the operation of Price Furniture Company for many years. She was active on the committee of the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Haas of Between, GA; sons, Hap Haas of Atlanta, GA and Mel Haas of Macon, GA; five grandchildren, Mary Beth Williams of Waynesville, NC, Caroline Haas of Atlanta, GA, Allie Sanford of Atlanta, GA, Joanna Sanford of Richmond, VA, and Sarah Haas of Atlanta, GA; four great grandchildren; brother, Donnie Price; many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Fairhope United Methodist Church. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Pine Crest Cemetery, Mobile. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival Foundation, 15254 Co.
