John Henry Schwall

John Henry Schwall, age 69, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Monday, March 07, 2016. He was a retired Captain from the New York City Fire Department. He was employed by several restaurants as a bartender on Staten Island. He was an avid cook and a New York Yankees and Giants fan. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Schwall of Fairhope, AL; daughters, Karen Mangan of Westfield, N.J. , Kristen Sullivan of Scotch Plains, N.J., Caitlin Schwall and stepdaughter, Melissa McGurk, both of Spanish Fort, AL; son, John Schwall of Staten Island, NY; stepsons, Lawrence McGurk and Brian McGurk, both of Staten Island, NY; seven grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
