Nancy Duffy Kuntz

FAIRHOPENancy Duffy Kuntz, a longtime resident of Fairhope, AL, born October 15, 1922, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016. Ms. Kuntz was born in Blessing, TX and lived all over the globe with her husband and children and spent many years residing in Montgomery, AL before moving to Fairhope, AL to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. Nancy was a devoted wife, sister, friend, mother, and her favorite role as grandmother and great grandmother. She was also very active in her church and community. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Irene Duffy; sister, Vivian Pugh; husband, Col. Chester H. Kuntz; son, Timothy Kuntz; daughter, Melissa Kuntz Outlaw. Nancy leaves behind to cherish her memories, her sister, Margaret “R.H.” Brewer; five grandchildren, Cabell Outlaw IV, Alexander Outlaw, Timothy Outlaw, Melissa Irene Outlaw and Chester Outlaw; two great grandchildren, Laura Outlaw and Riley Outlaw. Nancy was a very thoughtful and generous Christian woman, who will truly be missed by her many friends and family. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The family will receive friends beginning at 4:00 p.m. until time of service. Interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery.
