Charles Richmond Tolbert

TOLBERT ELBERTA, AL Charles Richmond Tolbert, Jr., age 81, a resident of ELberta, AL., known as Richard by all who knew him passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016. Born August 4, 1934 in Foley, Al. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Zeola Tolbert, sister; Annie Tolbert, brother; Johnny Tolbert, mother of his children, Etta Mae Tolbert Brown, daughter, Marilyn Alice Tolbert, sons, Charles Ricky Tolbert and Clint Larry Tolbert. Richard is survived by his sister, Ernestine Tolbert, brothers, Telton Tolbert, Melton Tolbert, Leo Tolbert and Elbert (June) Tolbert , daughter, Darlene (Tim) Ward, son, Oscar Ray (Kelly) Tolbert all of Elberta, AL., eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 11:00am. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Foley, AL. The family would like to thank Emerald Coast Hospice and the staff of Rosewood Manor Nursing Home for their constant care and compassion during his final chapter of his life.
