Emile Edward Richard, Jr, age 78, a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away at home of CHF, surrounded by his family, on Monday, February 01, 2016. Emile was a member of Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Phyllis D. Richard; daughters, Bernadette R. MoKry (David) of Taylor, TX, Angelle R. Sylvester (Todd) of Fairhope and Aimee T. Richard of New Orleans, LA; sons, Michael J. Richard (Annette) of Covington, LA and Matthew J. Richard of Fairhope, AL; grandchildren, Stephen (Afton), Mary C. Joe, John Paul, Elizabeth, Marie, Phillip, Jane, Peter and Andrew Sylvester, Joshua Bergeron, Jacob, Bethany, Ethan, Jordan and Jude Richard; great grandchild, Edith Sylvester; sister, Catherine R. Verdone of Metairie, LA; many other loving relatives and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
