WILSON ELBERTA, AL Wilbur Eugene “Gene” Wilson, Jr., age 67,a native of Alabama and a longtime resident of Elberta, AL passed away, Saturday, December 12, 2015. He was owner and operator of Wilson Pool Service. Preceded in death by his parents; Wilbur and Katie Wilson, a brother; Daniel Mullins, and great grandchild; Alexia Denise Thomas. Survivors include his wife Betty Wilson of Elberta, AL; two children, and two step children; two brothers, William Randall Mullins and Robert Mullins; three sisters, Barbara (Mike) Meadows , Carolyn Reeves and Donna Jones; six grandchildren; other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Gene’s Life will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley at10:00am.
