Thomas Norton, Jr.

NORTON GULF SHORES, ALABAMA   Thomas Berry Norton, Jr., Age 69, a native of York , AL and a resident of Gulf Shores, AL passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2015.   He was a U.S. Marine veteran, served in the Viet Nam War, was a member of the Thomas B. Norton Library Board, and previously  served as Baldwin County’s District Attorney and Circuit Judge.   Mr. Norton is preceded in death by two daughters, Karie and DeAnn.   Survivors include his wife of forty-six years, Kay Norton of Gulf Shores, AL; two sons, Danny (Jennifer) Norton of Birmingham, AL and Walt (April) Norton of Gulf Shores, AL; one sister, Mona Jean Pritchet of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Thomas, Millie, Max, Ashley, Donald, Christopher and Randall; seven great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.   The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.   Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 11:00am at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home , Foley.   Interment will follow at 2:00pm at Bay Minette City Cemetery.   ARRANGEMENTS BY WOLFE-BAYVIEW FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATORY, INC. 2551 S.
