Nicholas Joseph Barchie, Jr.

FAIRHOPE Nicholas Joseph Barchie, Jr. age 84, a native of McKeesport, PA. and a resident of Fairhope passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Nicholas is preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Alberta Barchie, Sisters, Alberta Dulac and Sister Teresa Barchie, RSM. He proudly served his country in the US ARMY. Nicholas is retired, President of Warrior & Gulf Navigation and a member of Christ The King Catholic Church. Nicholas is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Mary Barchie of Fairhope, AL.; daughters: Lisa Mann of Sydney, Australia, Margay (Vincent) Barchie of Safety Harbor, FL.; sons: David (Patricia) Barchie of Daphne, AL., Mark Barchie of Mt. Juliet, TN.; sisters, Patrica Barchie of Bethel Park, PA., Eunice Pollak and Elizabeth Shriane both of McKeesport, PA., brothers: Thomas Barchie of Jackson, NJ., Paul Barchie of McLean, VA.; a host of other relatives and friends. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 2:00PM at Christ the King Catholic Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow at Belforest Catholic Cemetery.
