Evelyn C Pugh

Evelyn C. Pugh, age 91, was baptized into the Kingdom of God on October 23, 1967 and the early morning of May 4, 2015 God sent his angels to bring her home. Mrs. Pugh was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Tyre “Buck” Pugh, Sr.; two great grandsons, Lanny George Confer III and infant Adam Keith Brown. She is survived by her four children, Sue Pugh and Ann Brown, both of Daphne,AL, Junior Pugh and his wife Beverly of McCalla, AL, Tommie Rhodes and her husband Clyde of Bay Minette, AL; eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; thirteen great great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Measured by her precious love for everyone, she will truly be missed. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne, Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 2:00pm. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until the service time. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association, 2029 B Airport Blvd., Box 235, Mobile, AL 36606, www.heart.org , or the American Cancer Society, 900 Western America Circle 101, Mobile, AL 36609, www.cancer.org .
