Mary Sledge

Mary Hollinger Sledge, age 82, of Summerdale, AL passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015. She was born in Tensaw, AL on August 5, 1932 to the late Jake & Eliza Hollinger. She married the late Charles Edward Mason, and later remarried the late James Joe Sledge. She was preceded in death by her siblings: YZ Hollinger, William Hollinger, Henry Hollinger and Alice McKenzie. Mary is survived by four daughters: Bobbie Ann, Pearley, Jo Ann, and Samantha; six sons, Jerry (Vanessa), Leonard (Mary), Charles (Vivian), Jake (Sandra), Curley (Angelic), and Willie ; nineteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 10, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Fairhope.
