Lucretia Whatley Champion

DAPHNE, AL Lucretia Whatley Champion, age 71, resident of Daphne, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015. Lucretia and her husband, Bobby were active members of the Baldwin Senior Travelers Club and the Daphne Senior Travelers Club. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Champion of Daphne; two sons, Dale L. (Gail) Champion of Styx River, Ronny L. (Connie) Champion of Daphne; two brothers, Buford E. Whatley of Grand Bay, Richard D. Whatley of Mobile; sister, Alice E. Bolen of Grand Bay and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Belforest Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to a favorite charity.
