Clifford Smith

Clifford Harold Smith, age 85, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away peacefully in his sleep during the early morning hours on Saturday, February 14, 2015. Mr. Smith was born on June 28, 1929 in Rainier, WA to Frank Smith of Rotterdam, Netherlands and Nancy Grove Smith of Rochester, WA. He was a retired veteran of the U.S. Army who served his country in both Korea and Vietnam. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Yoshiko O. Smith of Fairhope; brother, Dale Smith and Donna of Tenino, WA; sons, Jim Smith and Valery of Fairhope, AL, Cliff Smith and Myra of League City, TX. Terry Smith and Kim of Dalton, GA. Tim Smith and Yariela of Lawrenceville, GA and granddaughters, Sarah Smith, Catalyna Smith and Marlena Smith. He will be cremated in accordance with his wishes.
