WESTBROOK FOLEY, AL Annie Virginia Elizabeth Westbrook Fell, age 88, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Preceded in death by two sisters, Rodney Ann Bowers and Mary Lou Keller. Survivors include five children, Terry (Linda) Lamont Westbrook of Norfolk, NE., Sandra Lynn (Edward) Mihal of Foley, AL., Preston Craig Westbrook of Kenosha, WI., Sheila Renee Rawlins of Robertsdale, AL., Tonya Bernice Delchamps of Foley, AL., two sisters, Mildred Boone ,Cindy Sute both of Foley, AL., eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, Maddox Oliver Delchamps and many other family and friends. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park, Foley.
