Myrtice V. Tabor Marks Rader passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, December 14 at the age of 97. She was born in Ico (Grant County, Arkansas on February 9, 1917. She was the daughter of the late Ezekiel Porter Tabor and Winifred (Winnie) Douglas Tabor. She was a resident of Fairhope, AL for 32 years.      Myrtice was preceded in death by two husbands, Wallace Goodman Marks, and Earl Lee Rader, two daughters, Rachael Jan Marks Self and Peggy Louise Marks Phipps, granddaughter Regina Jan Self Andrews. Also preceding her in death were three brothers Ernest Tabor, Heber O. Tabor and Wilfred Tabor, nieces Mary Tabor and Ernestine “Tina” Tabor Tidwell. One sister survives, Joanna Tabor Capel of North Little Rock, Arkansas, niece Elizabeth Tabor of El Dorado, AR, nephews John Tabor and Phil Capel of North Little Rock, AR, Randy Capel of Livonia, AR, and Edward Tabor of Sheridan, AR.      Myrtice is survived by her daughter Carolyn Sue Marks Eubanks and son-in-law Dr. Robert G. Eubanks of Montrose, Alabama, granddaughter Laura Kristen (Kristy) Eubanks of Asheville, North Carolina, grandson Dr. Robert (Rob) Allen Eubanks and wife Elizabeth Duncan Eubanks of Lake Worth, FL.      Also surviving, son/grandson Mark Self Rader and wife Pamela Connon Rader of Dallas, TX, great grandson Evan Connon Rader and Leyna Rachel Rader Ford, great granddaughter Stella Taylor Rader Ford of Lubbock, TX. Other great grandchildren include Aja Andrews, Erick Andrews, Austin Andrews and Jessie Andrews of Oklahoma City, OK.      Myrtice graduated from Sheridan High School in Sheridan, AR and Draughn’s Business College in Little Rock, AR. She worked in the Trust Department of Worthen Bank & Trust in Little Rock where she retired in 1982. She was president of Mabelvale Business and Professional Women’s Club in 1969.      Myrtice was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Fairhope, AL. where she lived for 32 years. She was a devoted wife, Mother and Grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her quiet, gracious personality made her faith evident in her daily life and to all who knew her. She left a legacy of love, hope, kindness and perseverance all demonstrating her faith and trust in Jesus Christ.      A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Fairhope, AL on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gideon's International, P. O. Box 127, Fairhope, AL 36533-0127.
